Australia Shipping (AU Only)
- Normal Shipping rates are a flat rate $5 no matter how much you order! :)
- Priority Dispatch and Priority Shipping is a flat rate of $15.
Orders placed before 1pm AEST will be processed and dispatched the same day. Click here for more info.
All orders will have a tracking number provided.
Estimated Delivery Time
- Delivery times range from 2-10 business days from dispatch (depending on your location). This may get extended during peak seasons.
- If we are aware of any delays, we will notify you through email.
- Proceesing times will increase during peak seasons.

PO Boxes or Parcel Centers
- Please email admin@pixelpopboutique.com if you would like us to deliver to a PO Box or Parcel Center.
- Extra fees will apply.
Incorrect Address or Returned Parcel
- If the order is returned to us due to invalid, incorrect or misspelt address and the courier is unable to find the location, the buyer will be liable for the cost of reshipping the order.
- Order refunds can not be issued under this circumstance.
International Shipping
International shipping rates are a flat rate $20 no matter how much you order or where you are! :)
Customs, fees and associated charges are to be paid by the buyer.

Damaged or Faulty Products
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Send photos of the damaged product, the packaging and shipping label to admin@pixelpopboutique.com
We will endeavour to correct the problem as soon as we can. If no contact is made within 48 hours, the purchase is deemed to have arrived safely.
